How can I make myself better?

I'm really depressed. I love school and I study like crazy. We had an in-cl spelling bee, and i'm in 6th grade. Whoever won got to go to the school champions and if they win that the NATIONAL CHAMPIONS! I was in the final three people and my word was really hard! I lost, in third place. The girl that won, well, her words were burrito and alligator, and one other word. Mine were necessary, something else,and gazpacho, which I spelled gaspatcho. I feel really mad and stupid! What can I do to feel better?
