Improper Integral of (2 ln x) / x^2 from 1 to infinity?

Integral of (2 ln x) / x^2 from 1 to infinity. Does this converge or diverge? I think that this converges but at the moment, our math cl is restricted to comparison test and improper integrals. Can anyone show me the steps and reasoning behind the answer?
