Is Jindal's presence proof that the repubs will put anyone up as a party rep who is not a rich old white guy?

Your Vice-President is a rich old white guy, and so are Byrd, Frank, Dodd, Clinton, Schumer... in fact, the only person at the top of the Democrats right now who isn't a rich old white guy... or a rich old white lady... is the President.
