Why does my stomach always do this?

Okay so.. im 16 lol and whenever i like hookup/kiss guys my stomach makes weird noises, not like farting sounds cause that disgusting, but like it sounds like im hungry or something. And the guys say they dont mind it, but its embaring to me... What could it possibly be?
