Geez.... alright, some advice from a new adult. Calm down. One day of stuffing urself will not do anything. At the most you'll only gain like what 4 lbs. N thats at th most. Don't worry about it. Play basketball (more than 5 min.) as often as possible and you'll b fine. Trust me. I-eat-a-lot. I gain and lose like 8 lbs evry 2 days (bleve it or not). Teenagers are too obsessed wit their weight these days. If u r athletic, even if u r heavy, it is probly mostly muscle fat.
