How do i cite F.Scott Fitzgerald and J.D. Salinger?

LOL! I don't think there are many people in North America who would know who Jerome David Salinger or Francis Scott Fitzgerald even were! 8^) We should cite them by their best-known names. Likewise Clive Staples Lewis and Alfred Edward Housman.
