How does BitTorrent work?

I just downloaded BitTorrent and I do't know how to download stuff. I usually download all my videos from limewire, but I can't find some videos. Can anyone please explain to me what to click on to download UFC 87 Georges St. Pierre vs. Jon Fitch?
