Help in science cl please!?!?!?!?!?

I'm currently in 9th Grade and am taking a Pre-IB science cl. It is on biology which shouldn't be a problem for me except that my teacher is terrible at his job. He constantly gets sidetracked, past students come in and bother him and we barley get any notes taken down. Also, all that we do is take minimal notes and labs. He also doesn't ign any homework and doesn't give us any worksheets to reinforce what little we learned that day. Could anyone offer any books or websites to help me review and actually learn something for a change. Also I can't change my cl because there aren't any other Pre-IB Biology cles that period and I don't want to change my schedule. Thanks.
