I have a question about ovulation tests?

So my husband and I have been ttc for 11 months now, we just recently REALLY started trying by using ff, opk's and pre-seed. I took a clear blue digi test on the 16th of this month and got a big fat smiley face... so when dh got home we bd'd. We also bd'd on the 9th 10th 13th 14th 15th and 16th. I took another clear blue test the same day but about 12 hours apart and it was still positive. The next morning I took a test and it was negative. I am what I approximate at 10 dpo today, and just for the heck of it i decided to take a saliva test on my ovulite, and I got partial ferning. I am confused by this. Has any one had this happen? or know why this would happen? Ever since O day I have been having light cramping,stretching and pulling feeling in my lower abdomen.I feel all bloated and heavy in my lower abdomen. And my started to hurt about 4 days ago. Maybe I am pregnant? I am planning on taking a hpt on sunday :)
