Fights in a group usually involve someone changing their role. Maybe E gets mugged and no longer believes in peace at all costs, or J gets in a car wreck and is no longer the adventurous one. Does anyone figure out they are gay, so the others look at her differently now? Does one of them get a new boyfriend and dominate the group topics of conversation? Lots of stuff you can do with this.
