Leg is num after I fell on a log, 2 months ago.?

It was black and blue the first 3 weeks, but now it still does not have feeling but it all has a small lump. Can you help me can you please tell me what it is. Do not tell me to go to the doctor because I asking you what it is. If you dont know dont answer. I am going to go to the doctor.
