My pioneer tweeters are distorted? they crackle! please help?

My car has all upgraded audio but the tweeters sound a little distorted. They kinda crackle when im listening to precise guitar rifs. im running a Jbl amp to them off a distributor block that also runs my 2 subs. Would a capacitor fix this? i am after all runing interior lights anda tv a doule din pioneer touch screen. the lights dont dim or anything...
