Talking out of control?
I feel that the reason for the uncontrolled talking is the effect of a high level of stress. I think that you should try to relax and find an activity to ease stress. Stress can be very fatal if it isn't addressed properly. For example take a nice bath with soft instrumentals and light nice candles or just dance to music in your home. It seems that exercises would work for you since after you exercises your body releases endorphins which make you feel better and theres positive effects in working out like stress relief. If things get outta hand always you can contact a therapist or doctor. But remember to stay calm and address this with confidence. Good luck ^_^
